Meet Linda
Linda works with buyers and sellers in Holtsville, Lake Grove, Ronkonkoma and across Long Island. She got into this work because she likes people, and she treats every move like it's her own family's.
She passed the home inspector course, so when she walks through a house she notices what an inspector will: the roof, the heating, the electrical panel, the things that usually come up after an offer. Sellers hear about it early. Buyers know what they're looking at.
Over the years she has built a network of people she trusts, from roofers and contractors to attorneys and lenders. When something comes up, there is always someone to call.
She holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations, and she's just as comfortable with a first home as with a co-op or a move into a 55 and over community.
